KANATA PLAY RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY

Responsible gambling is all about playing responsibly.

The general rule is be sensible and never risk what you can't afford to lose. If you find that you're getting into a spot of trouble we'll do our best to help you get out of it. Some people don't have problems staying in control but it's not easy for everyone. Here are a few things you can do to help you stay in control.

  • Make sure you're aware of the dangers of gambling before you start playing.

  • Set deposit limits to help you manage how much you spend. You can set deposit limits via the Account Tab under Wager Limits.

  • Decide how much you can afford to lose and if you hit that trigger STOP.

  • If it feels like temptation is getting the better of you, take a break with our temporary account closure option.

  • If you're around young/underage people, use tools to protect them from accessing gaming sites.

  • Don't let playing get in the way of your daily responsibilities.

  • Don't play if you're in recovery for any dependency.

  • To gamble sensibly you need a clear head. Don't play if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

  • You should not see gambling as a way of paying off your debts.

For problem gamblers, our self-exclusion policy is comprehensive and will protect you from further exposure on our sites. Requesting self-exclusion from Hello Bingo means all active accounts on our Network are locked for a minimum of 6 months and no account activity whatsoever will be permitted. Any person may request that he or she be permanently excluded from accessing, depositing funds and from playing on  Hello Bingo and all other gaming systems operated by providers that are licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

  • After losing do you feel you must try to win back your losses as soon as possible?

  • Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?

  • Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?

The more you answer 'yes' to these questions, the more likely you are to have a serious gambling problem. We strongly urge you to seek guidance if you have any concerns whatsoever about your ability to gamble safely.

In most countries it is illegal for someone who is under 18 years of age to gamble. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and to carry out checks to verify the information provided. Customer accounts may be suspended and funds withheld until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
